MARUHAN Japan Bank Lao’s Commitment to Human Capital Development

MARUHAN Japan Bank Lao is committed to providing the best financial products and services to its customers. We believe that this can only be achieved when we have resourceful people working with us.

To this end, we have always conducted training activities for all staff, both online and in-person. These trainings are designed to help our staff understand the banking business and to equip them with the skills and confidence they need to perform their duties.

A key part of our training program is induction training, which is conducted for all new staff. This training provides an overview of the banking industry, MARUHAN Japan Bank Lao, and our code of conduct. It also helps new staff to understand their roles and responsibilities.

We believe that our human capital is our most valuable asset. We are committed to providing our staff with the resources they need to be successful, both professionally and personally. This includes providing competitive salaries, medical care, provident funds, staff loans, accident insurance, and other welfare benefits.

We have also put in place various social policies to help us continually improve staff performance. These policies include a Human Resources Management policy, a Code of Conduct, a Health & Safety policy, and a Whistle-blowing policy. These guidelines help us to monitor and advise management in their constant pursuit of finding, nurturing, and surrounding themselves with the best people.

We are confident that our commitment to human capital development will help us to achieve our goals and to provide the best possible service to our customers.
